Rules to assign score:

Score Name Description
1 The Worst When you have daily problems with the supplier.
2 Bad When you have frecuently problems with the supplier (once a week).
3 Regular When you have frecuently problems with the supplier (once every 15 days).
4 Good When have sporadic problems with the supplier.
5 Excelent When we do not have problems with the supplier.
To assess aspects have a percentage depending on the importance of our system. According to the score of every aspect will be the percentage that will be given. At the end add percentages and that will be the status of each vendor. If the score is less than 75% the provider shall be placed in special status (as indicated).
